Luke's Testimony
It all started the summer I turned 14, at a Christian sleep-away camp in North Carolina. Prior to those two weeks, I had very little faith and didn’t have much of a relationship with the Lord. During chapel one day, the Lord opened my heart during the worship time and I started to become curious about Jesus. I asked my counselors what a real relationship with the Lord looked like and started to truly see the free gift of God through Jesus’ death on the cross for my sins, resulting in peace with God. On the last night of camp, my counselors gifted me a Bible and wrote me a message inside. That may have been the end of camp, but that was just the beginning of my journey with God. At the end of August, I found myself in a rough spot emotionally. I hadn’t read my Bible much nor spent much time with the Lord. At this time, the only thing that felt right was to open up my Bible and start reading. The first thing I read was my counselor’s message, and at the end, he wrote: Romans 8:28.

“And we know that for those who love God all things will work together for good.” In that exact moment, I knew that it would all be okay because God was working even the hard things for my good and His glory. From there, my faith truly took off. I was in His word, praying, and studying with friends, and it was so fulfilling. God, being the great God he is, blessed me with an invitation to visit a youth group. My best friend Whit invited me to come along one week, and without hesitation, I agreed. I was a little nervous, but as soon as I got there, I felt like I belonged. My youth group leader welcomed me, and it shortly became my home every Sunday night. I knew that I had found my church family. After hearing the word of the Lord and seeing the impact it had on my life, I felt like the Lord called me to do the same and try to reach others. I started spreading his word and reading Bible verses to a little audience on social media. When Christmas time rolled around, I asked my parents for some Christian-inspired clothing. While looking, I realized there was not a lot of diversity between brands, and a noticeable lack of color in the market. After talking with my parents for a while, I decided to start a brand with their support. We prayed over the idea for several months and continued to have conversations about starting a business. A few months later, the idea became a reality, and TB2G was born. I am so excited to be able to spread the gospel and the word of God through the comfort of a t-shirt. We hope you see your faith reflected in our designs and inspirational messages. Wear them in good faith and delight in sharing them with others.
If you are new to your faith or are curious about building a meaningful relationship with the Lord, I would like to share these verses with love and encouragement:
John 13:7 ESV7 Jesus answered him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand.”
1 John 1:8–9 ESV8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Israel’s Only Savior
Isaiah 43:1–2 ESV1 But now thus says the LORD, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.
